Where it all started......

Chef Nichole was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, where she often enjoyed the pleasantries of Southern cuisine and southern style cooking. "I remember sitting in the kitchen with my great grandmother as she would demonstrate how to make salmon croquettes, which she called salmon patties", says Nichole. As an all around artistic person, Nichole remembers falling in love with cooking while working as a dishwasher at a local bistro in Buckhead, Atlanta in 2008. It was here where she was given the opportunity to develop her talent and gain experience in the culinary industry while taking on several positions starting from dishwasher, prep cook, and later line cook. In 2010, Nichole enrolled in the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts program where she would be classically trained in French cuisine and cooking techniques. 

After earning her degree in 2012 along with consistent hard work, three years later she found herself working as a private chef for some of Atlanta's most prominent and high net worth principles. Her eagerness for new experiences and excitement for meeting new people inspired her to start her own business, Gorgeous Green Chef in 2019. 

Gorgeous Green Chef is a growing personal chef and catering company that focuses on gourmet cooking with classy and professional services. The green is for growth, forward movement, and seeing the beauty in all things. Gorgeous Green Chef was created to bring families back to the dinner table, one meal at a time.

Making a difference......

Being a vessel for service to those who are less fortunate has always been one of chef Nichole's passions. In her spare time, she enjoys serving meals to those in need and teaching kids about the importance of healthy eating habits. Many kids that grow up in poverty and low income neighborhoods do not have proper understanding of health and nutrition or how it plays a vital role in early development stages. Chef Nichole enjoys volunteering time and resources to help teach children healthy cooking techniques that they can use and grow with over time.
